After various financial and marketing management roles, Grandes co-founded Trixcell and now manages its daily operations. In his previous position he acted as Business Sector Manager at IDI Insurance Company. He is also the owner of holding company Grandes Media Group and holds an LL.B with specialization in commercial law.

A world-renowned magician and a leading developer of professional illusions and close-up magic tricks, Lindenfeld sets the creative tone of the company. He occasionally lectures on professional magic in conventions worldwide and appears on broadcast media. Lindenfeld holds a degree in art and graphic design.

With extensive, multi-faceted, experience in software engineering, Shapira oversees development and other technical operations in the company. His previous history includes software development on a variety of platforms and a host of technologies on the desktop, internet, interactive TV, and in recent years also handheld and mobile.
